Comments and Applications

When visitors choose to leave comments or fill out an information application on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Visitors are filling out applications with the intent that Archer Kemp will forward that information to a licensed insurance representative, broker, and or insurance carrier. Visitors have the right to withdraw applications and comments, and Archer Kemp will not retain the information.

Website visitor information is passed on to a licensed insurance agent through consent of visitor by filling out an application or by the visitor requesting contact. By filling out an application and or contact information the visitor acknowledges that they are willfully providing personal and or business information. An insurance agent, broker, or carrier may access the information to further assist the visitor.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.
